According to the National Order of the Arrow website, the national Order of the Arrow committee has removed the “restricted status” from the Order of the Arrow Guide for Officers and Advisers. Previously, this book had to be ordered through your local council. The publication can now be obtained from the BSA National Supply Division by ordering publication #34997C, revised 2004. The guide retails for $7.95.
This guide contains the current national policies and guidelines for lodge organization and administration. All lodge and chapter officers and advisers should have a copy.
