Four Lakes and Sinnissippi Councils Vote to Merge

On June 29, 2005 the Four Lakes and Sinnissippi Councils voted 103 to 30 in favor of consolidation. The new council is targeted for incorporation on August 1, 2005. Volunteers in both councils were surprised by the outcome, rumor had it that it would be voted down in the Four Lakes Council.
