New Scout Executive to clean up Atlanta Area Council Membership Mess

Donald R. McChesney, the head of the San Francisco Bay Area Council, is set to take over the Atlanta Area Council on September 12th, 2005.

McChesney, a 30 year Scouting veteran, replaces David Larkin, who resigned after a Federal investigation discovered the council padded its membership numbers with fake scouts.
