Chief Scout Executive, Roy Williams, has posted a letter to the Scouting community on the National Council Boy Scouts of America website. In the letter he asks for prayers of stregth, protection, and well-being for those affected. The letter also directs the Scouting community to a website with information on how they can help with the disaster relief effort.
