KUTV out of Salt Lake City Utah, is reporting a story about a 16 year-old Boy Scout and friend who are accused of stealing gift cards from the nonprofit agency where the Scout was conducting his Eagle Scout Project.
The boys were arrested after trying to make a purchase at Hastings using the stolen gift cards. Both were referred to the Juvenile Court System on felony and misdemeanor charges.
