On April 5th, 2006 the National Council updated the online version to the Guide to Safe Scouting.
Some noteable changes:
– Pocket Knives was removed from the list of Age-Appropriate Scouting Activity guidelines for Tiger Cubs.
– Venturing standards for Guns and Firearms was replaced with new information.
