		<description>Thanks for spreading the word about Blog Action Day 2008 - Poverty.  What a great way to get the word out about poverty.  You have made some great points here, specifically the importance of keeping kids actively involved in any charity type work being done - so they &quot;see&quot; their good works in action.  It is easy to skip this step.  I know we have in the past as a cub scout group.  

Thanks also for highlighting my article on poverty.  This was one event where we really did keep the kids involved throughout the process, and what a great thing for them to see firsthand.  This year we are looking at a food drive in the spring - and I&#039;ll be thinking in the meantime how we can best involve our scouts to make this a meaningful moment for them.</description>
