The party line, we are switching to a functions based organization, rather than a program based organization. Which in many ways sounds like a good idea. We will see how it plays out. It should help the organization as a whole, and hopefully develop a better relationship between Cubs-Boys-Venturing. Not that its bad now, however I don't think we work together as well as we should / could. I was unable to get a real answer about the reorganization. I’ve never really paid attention at that level so I’m not sure how this is different from what we had before. I’m just waiting to see what this all means, if anything, at the local level.
