Ohio BSA License Plate

The Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles made the Boy Scouts of America “Character Counts” License Plate available again on July 20, 2009.

According to Simon Kenton Council, the effort was thanks to a successful petitioning effort by Simon Kenton Council Scouters and Scouters from other Councils across the state.

To get your “Character Counts” license plate, contact the Ohio Department of Motor Vehicles. A portion of the proceeds from the “Character Counts” plate sales will support Scouting in Ohio. Show your support of Scouting in Ohio by purchasing a “Character Counts” license plate.
