CCAD Art Explorer Post 407This year the Columbus College of Art & Design (CCAD) Art Explorer Post 407 celebrates its 10 year anniversary. Professor Ron Tardino created the program in 1999. The Art Explorer Post is a collaboration between CCAD and the Exploring Program and Learning for Life.

For 10 years the art post has given high school students the opportunity to explore many types of art, such as illustration, fashion, photography, sculpting, comics and more. The many subjects offered depend on the interests of each individual student. This program also helps seniors prepare their portfolios in anticipation of attending college. So far, every high school senior who has presented their portfolio for scholarship consideration has received scholarships and awards toward college!
