34th Trappers Rendezvous: Thousands Of Scouts Take A Trip To The Past

More than four thousand Scouts and Scouters from around the Midwest recreated life this weekend as mountain men and trappers of the early 1800s.

Participants brought trading goods like furs, antlers, beads, handmade items, and other trinkets to the 34th annual Trappers’ Rendezvous. Cold temperatures did not keep away Scouts from enjoying Harvey County Park.
